John has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York state for nearly 30 years, and had his own sole proprietorship for over 25 years before forming Cimino and Laing, LLC. In his work, he has been involved in professionally serving both individuals and businesses in formation, accounting, tax preparation and consulting. He also specializes in working with the accounting and tax intricacies of Estates and Trusts. John is a member of the New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served on various boards of directors of local non-profits organizations. His outside interests include hiking, horses, sports and classical rock. John is a graduate of Siena College and currently resides in Rotterdam, NY.
Wendy is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in New York state, with over 30 years of combined experience in both the private and public sector, She served as Financial Analyst and General Accounting Manager at a law publishing company in Albany, NY and worked in the field of auditing and taxation for over 20 years at a public accounting firm in Latham, NY. Prior to forming Cimino and Laing CPAs, LLC, she served as Senior Tax Manager, providing all aspects of tax services for individuals, business, estates, trusts and non-profit organizations. She resides in Halfmoon and has three adult children.
